By accessing my-salsa.com or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this website or place an order. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone who interacts with the site.
My Salsa, Your Pleasure LLC is a small-batch salsa business based in Phoenix, Arizona. We sell handcrafted salsa directly to customers in the Phoenix metropolitan area via local pickup and delivery. Statewide and national shipping options are not currently available.
Orders are placed through the website at my-salsa.com. To complete an order, you must select a heat level, texture, and size, then provide your name, email address, phone number, and delivery address if applicable. Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed through our payment provider, Stripe.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of product unavailability or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of your order is the price you will be charged.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card or banking information. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service, available at stripe.com/legal.
After your order is placed, Marque Collins will contact you directly to coordinate pickup or delivery within the Phoenix metropolitan area. Delivery availability and timing depend on your location and current order volume. We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill orders promptly, but we do not guarantee specific delivery windows.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been fulfilled. Because our salsa is a perishable, handcrafted food product made in small batches, we are unable to resell returned items.
If your order arrives damaged or there is an error in your order, contact us within 48 hours of receipt using the contact form on our home page and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
My Salsa is made with fresh tomatoes, peppers, onions, cilantro, garlic, and other natural ingredients. It contains no preservatives. Our salsa is prepared in a home or small commercial kitchen environment that may also handle other food products. If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, contact us before ordering to discuss specific ingredients.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the ingredient information and accept responsibility for determining whether the product is appropriate for your dietary needs.

My Salsa, Your Pleasure LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
